Beef shawarma- locally sourced beef brisket marinated in a spice rub, slow cooked and pulled 

 

Alburnia- roast aubergine & red pepper with butter beans in a rich tomato sauce with fresh herbs & spices 

 

Both served with: Persian pilav rice, beetroot raita, fattoush salad, habanero sauce​

 

Sides: Pakoras with apple, tamarind and chilli dip ; Halloumi fries, pomegranate, mint, tahini sauce​​​​​
