Main course

Fattoush: salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber & parsley with an olive oil & lemon dressing


Freekeh (smoked wheat grain), basmati rice, chickpeas & herbs

Kuru Fasulye: butter beans in a rich, spicy tomato sauce with fresh dill

Meat option: Chicken iskender- Charcoal-grilled chicken with chermoula, caremelised butter, spicy tomato sauce & Greek yoghurt


Vegetarian option: Cauliflower shwarma-Charcoal-grilled cauliflower with pomegranate, caremelised butter and lemon tahini


Sweet course


Home-made orange-blossom baklava with gooseberry ice cream and rose & cardamon icecream
