Feast in the Forest: Covid measures and important information

By buying tickets to this event, you (and everyone in your party) have understood and agreed to the following information. Please direct all those in your party to this page

Covid measures

Sorry, but we can't accept solo guests. Minimum is two diners.

You'll be sat only with the party you've booked with, and taking food from sharing plates with them. If you're a couple or three, you may be sat at the same table as another couple or three, but there'll be at least a metre between you and them, and you won't be sharing food with them.

There will be hand-washing water, soap and hand sanitiser outside the toilets, and in the dining area.

Please respect social distancing with people not in your party as you enter the woods, when collecting your welcome cocktail and when sitting around the fire

Staff will be wearing masks when cooking and serving. They will, of course, need to briefly come close to you as they serve you.

Other important info

Allergies/intolerances/special diets: Because of the complexity of bringing in all the food and preparing it in an off-grid woodland, we can't cater to any food allergies/intolerances/preferances (including milk/lactose, unless we're offering a vegan menu). We're very sorry, but please don't book tickets if this applies to you. (You can of course still come and enjoy the food that you are able to eat, but you may miss out on one or more dishes)

Dress: If you'd like to dress for the occassion, please do so.....but remember we're outdoors, it could be chilly, and the path to the woods could be muddy! In the event of rain, we'll put up a canopy for you to sit under. You'll still need waterproofs/umbrella.

Hazards: The path leading to the woods from the car park is uneven, has trip hazards and is slippery when wet. There are other hazards in the woods, so please don't go beyond the path, toilets or dining area. We can't be held responsible for any injury as a result of these hazards, nor for any loss of property occuring on the night.

Lighting: The path, toilets and dining areas will be lit, but not the parking area, so you must bring a torch.

Drinks: You're welcome to bring your own drinks (with no corkage fee) but if you do, please also bring your own wine/champagne/beer glass (and take home your empty bottles!) We'll provide tap water and tumblers.

Cancellation/ Transfer

The following refund terms apply: Up to 10 days before the event, full refund (or transfer to another night). Up to 6 days before, 50% refund; Up to 48 hours before, 25% refund. Any less than 48 hours before, no refund or transfer, but you're welcome to collect your food in take away containers the day after the event. All refunds do not include the booking fee.
