Delivery: Your meal will be delivered chilled for you to reheat (instructions enclosed) between 4.30pm and 6 in Lewes/Kingston and 6-7.15 for beyond. Delivery is free for Lewes & Kingston; £3 to selected villages (see below)

Collection: You're very welcome to collect your order any time after 4pm on the Friday. Please state this in the notes when ordering.

Vegan / Vegetarian option: Roast aubergine & red pepper with beans in a rich, spicy tomato ragu (not chilli hot!) served with mejadra (basmati rice, lentils, fried onions) and raita (Greek yoghurt with mint & cucumber) : £9

This week's menu offers 'meze' meals: lots of different dishes, some served cold and others served warm, which is a very typical way of serving food in the Middle East. It means you get a large variety of flavours and textures in one meal! Note- one dish contains chilli: if you don't like this, please order as usual and either add a note to the order or send an email requesting no chilli
